When you attend Sistahood Rising a 'Wyld Tribe PTY LTD' event, as a PRESENTER, HEALER, READER, STALLHOLDER, VOLUNTEER OR PARTICIPANT you hereby voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge Tracy McFie & Larissa Taiatini-O'Neill, Wyld Tribe PTY LTD and any of their employees or agents from ALL liability pertaining to physical injury, wrongful death, property damage, loss of services & earnings occasioned by or in connection to any of the activities for the event known as Sistahood Rising.
You also acknowledge that in choosing to participate in the event known as Sistahood Rising, you are alone 100% solely and personally responsible for any results. That you alone take FULL responsibility for your own health, mental health, life and wellbeing. You further agree to use your own due diligence & judgment before applying any recommendation or instruction that you may receive throughout your time at Sistahood Rising and to respect the privacy of your fellow participants.
In attending Sistahood Rising, you further agree to abide by any rules or regulations set out by Wyld Tribe PTY LTD, Tracy McFie, Larissa Taiatini-O'Neill or their employees or agents & agree to take FULL RESPONSIBILITY for your own actions and decisions. You also further agree to disclose any relevant information related to both your physical and mental health which might be deemed appropriate for your safety and well-being on both a personal & professional level.
You also understand that this is a drug-FREE event, prescribed medical drugs are the ONLY exception. Should you choose to take drugs you WILL be asked to leave the event NO exception. LIMITED Alcohol may be consumed after 6pm and you further agree NOT take part in ANY activity whilst under the influence of drugs OR alcohol at ANY time. Any person deemed inebriated, loud or unruly WILL be asked to leave the event for the safety of ALL participants.
You further recognise that some activities may have some degree of risk or exertion & that the venue, in a bush setting, may have falling debris or obstructions on pathways & open areas which you fully recognise may pose a potential risk and you take full responsibility for your own life. As such and to the full extent permitted by law, you fully agree to waive, release & discharge Wyld Tribe PTY LTD, Tracy McFie, Larissa Taiatini-O’Neill & any agents from any claims, actions or suits no matter how they occur nature, negligence, breach of contract or otherwise and under section 64 and 64A of Australian consumer law, waive all liability against Wyld Tribe PTY LTD, Tracy McFie, Larissa Taiatini-O’Neill & any agents with respect to any loss of income, life, expenses or physical or mental damage you may incur in undertaking the activities, including equipment failure, facilities, or instruction in relation to the activities, workshops, ceremonies, food service or otherwise.
