Please ensure that you bring ALL required medications and let us know if there are any conditions that we should be aware of should any action be nessesary in an emergency eg Diabetes, Epi-pen etc

Your Physical Fitness 

This journey will see us, walking on uneven surfaces. It is dusty and there is sand everywhere. Some of the temples have stairs and may have poor lighting.

There is little shade in most places so sun protection is a MUST.

Our days are fairly full and you will need to use your personal ownership of self and your physical abilities, to ensure YOU get the most out of your soul-journey as possible.

Passports are required for all International Travel.

Passports must have a minimum of 6 months validity from the date of scheduled return to Australia.  Travel documents and airline tickets must exactly match the name and spelling as appears in the passport.

For Passport holders other than Australian, a valid re-entry permit for Australia is required.

It is the responsibility of each traveller to ensure they have full and correct documentation, Passport, VISA & TRAVEL INSURANCE & Health Plan (if applicable) to undertake their journey.

Travel Insurance is a ESSENTIAL and a copy of your policy provided to us.

THIS IS A NON-NEGOTIABLE CONDITION OF TICKET PURCHASE

YOU will need to organise your Visa for entry into TURKEY.

When you book your place on ' TURKEY SOUL JOURNEY ' you hereby voluntarily agree to release, waive, and discharge Tracy McFie, Larissa O'Neill, Wyld Tribe Pty Ltd, and any of their employees or agents from ALL liability pertaining to physical injury, wrongful death, property damage, loss of services & earnings occasioned by or in connection to any of the activities for the event known as ' TURKEY SOUL JOURNEY '

You also acknowledge that in choosing to participate in the event known as ' TURKEY SOUL JOURNEY ' you are alone 100% solely and personally responsible for any results.

That you alone take FULL responsibility for your own health, mental health, life and wellbeing. You further agree to use your own due diligence & judgment before applying any recommendation that you may receive throughout your time at ' TURKEY SOUL JOURNEY ' and respect the privacy of your fellow travellers.

In attending ' TURKEY SOUL JOURNEY ' you further agree to abide by any rules or regulations set out by Tracy McFie, Larissa O'Neill, Wyld Tribe Pty Ltd or their employees or agents & agree to take FULL RESPONSIBILITY for your own actions, choices and decisions.

You also further agree to disclose any relevant information related to both your physical and mental health which might be deemed appropriate for your safety and well-being. 

You acknowledge that refunds for the journey CANNOT be given.

In checking the text box below you completely agree and with full understanding accept this waiver and all its components in its entirety.

Further, on choosing to join us on this soul-journey, you further agree that pictures, photos & videos taken on this pilgramidge are for PERSONAL use only and NOT for business use.

Please note that we have very carefully and intentionally created the flow of our soul-journey and while we will endeavour to stay congruent to our advertised itinerary, it can be subject to change due to seasonal conditions or events out of our control.

It is also possible that the sequence of days may alter due to circumstances but PLEASE know that we will venture to ALL advertised places except where unforeseen circustances prevail.
