WHAT TO EXPECT

The contact information you provide on this form will be passed on to our dedicated Travel Agent, Allison Lough. Our team will email her to get the ball rolling and CC the person who completes this form so that everyone is on the same page. She will work with you to secure your preferred cabin for this voyage. Your deposit will be due at the time of booking.

You will be responsible for making all payments related to Virgin Voyages either through Allison Lough or directly with Virgin Voyages. You are not officially booked until the required deposit has been paid. Any bookings that are not paid in full by the due date (120 days prior to sailing) will be automatically canceled.

NOTE: XTRAordinary Xperiences does NOT recommend booking a "lock-it-in" rate OR a "Base Fare" with Virgin Voyages as they do not offer flexibility for changes in your booking and these fares may not be compatible with our group booking perks at this time.

Guests who have officially booked their cabin will be provided the schedule and links for the monthly virtual meetings dedicated to this retreat as well as an additional form to collect information we will need in order to curate your XTRAordinary Xperience. We will also ask that you complete an event package survey if booking before January 25, 2026. This will help us manage our vendor requests.

A selection of event packages will be available early spring 2026. These packages will vary from all-inclusive (with lodging and transportation) to very basic (including CE sessions only). You must choose an event package to sail with our group. When event packages are ready, you will be provided all relevant information so that you can plan your travel accordingly.

Payment for event packages will be due by no later than November 18, 2026, and payment plans will be available if you so desire. This fee is in addition to your cruise fare.
WE ARE OFFERING MORE FLEXIBILITY AND THE ABILITY TO CUSTOMIZE YOUR 2027 RETREAT EXPERIENCE.

All-inclusive packages will include lodging, transportation, select meals, and even CE seminars for court reporter guests if there is enough interest; however, if you do not wish to have the All-Inclusive XTRAordinary Xperience, you will be encouraged to customize A LA CARTE. *Note: As of February 2026, in order to provide Pre-approved NCRA Continuing Education Seminars on land and/or at sea, we must have a minimum of 15 COURT REPORTER retreat attendees who are interested in NCRA CE Sessions. A survey will be provided to gauge interest.
