    You will need to know the following information in order to efficiently choose the cabin category and event package that works best for you.

    HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE TRAVELING WITH YOU?

    • 1 person = Solo Occupancy
    • 2 people = Double Occupancy
    • 3 people = Triple Occupancy (will not be shown here but are available)

    WHAT CABIN CATEGORY DO YOU WANT?

    • Inside Cabin-no windows or doors other than the entry/exit door.
    • Sea View-will have a window that does NOT open.
    • Sea Terrace-balcony cabin that may be near the front or the back of the ship
    • Central Sea Terrace-balcony cabin in the middle of the ship
    • XL Sea Terrace-balcony cabin usually near the front of the ship with a larger bathroom.  Due to location these cabins may have metal (instead of glass) balconies and may have an egg chair instead of a hammock.

    WHICH PACKAGE IS BEST FOR YOU?   ALL INCLUSIVE or BASIC? 

    All Inclusive Packages are limited and available on a first come first serve basis while supplies last.

    ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE - Is listed above. The All-Inclusive Package is absolutely the best bang for your buck if you would like to get your RESTcation started right and enjoy an XTRAordinary no-hassle Xperience.

    STANDARD PACKAGE -Is listed above. The Standard Package is a good fit for guests who:

    • Choose to fly in on embarkation day (It is ALWAYS recommended to fly in at least one day before Embarkation Day.)
    • Prefer to choose their own lodging
    • Prefer to spend their pre-cruise time exploring on their own and may connect with the group on the ship.

    Note:  The Standard Package does not include any lodging, meals, or activities prior to boarding the ship.  

    Pre-cruise events may be purchased individually upon request up to 60 days prior to sailing; however, purchasing the All Inclusive Package is the most economical.

    ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGES ARE LIMITED IN NUMBER AND WILL BE FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE.  IF YOU SHOULD BOOK A PACKAGE THAT IS NOT AVAILABLE, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED AND GIVEN THE OPTION TO CHOOSE ANOTHER PACKAGE BEFORE YOUR PAYMENT SCHEDULE IS DETERMINED.

    SPECIAL NOTE:  CE Session topics and speakers have not been determined at time of printing so all approvals are pending.  All sessions will be submitted to the National Court Reporters Association and the Texas JBCC for approval.  Guests may submit written requests for us to seek approval from other entities.  All requests will be considered but there is no guarantee that approvals will be sought or given.  Requests for additional CE entities must be sent to XX.with.KimXavier@gmail.com by no later than July 1, 2024, to allow time to research additional CE approvals.

  • Choose Your Cabin & Prepare to Pay Your Deposit (Cruise Fares must be PAID IN FULL WHEN BOOKING AFTER 9/12/25. Event fees may be paid in monthly installments when booked before 12/1/25. All event fees must be paid in full by no later than 12/5/25.)

    NOTE: (CABIN FARES ARE NOT SHOWN HERE AFTER 9/12/25) The deposits and totals shown are PER CABIN, not per person unless specifically noted. Cabins with multiple people may split the costs. Only one reporter or guest needs to complete this form and pay the deposit, but contact information for all guests must be provided, as well as date of birth, and t-shirt size for everyone who will be in your cabin. Payment plans will then be set up according to the directions you provide in this form after the deposit is paid. Monthly payments are required, but you may pay in full at any time after you have paid the deposit. All guests must be 18+ to cruise with Virgin Voyages. All guests will be required to sign a photo/video release and a liability waiver. Let's get you set up!
  • SINCE WE ARE LESS THAN 120 DAYS FROM SAILING, please do the following: You will FIRST COMPLETE ALL INFORMATION BELOW. You will then be connected via email so you can choose/book your preferred cabin category with our dedicated Travel Advisor Allison Lough. Please complete the information for ALL travelers below, and CLICK SUBMIT to get the process started! (This process may take up to 24 hours after completing this form.) All payments related to cruise fares will be processed via Allison. An invoice for the required deposit/cruise fare will be sent from Allison to the person completing the registration form or you may work that out with her if you need to do something different. Event fees will be paid separately to XTRAordinary Xperiences. All travelers who will be responsible for making payments will receive a payment schedule that outlines the due dates and amounts of any monthly payments. Once the deposit/cruise fare is paid, your cabin will be booked. PLEASE READ CANCELLATION POLICIES BELOW CAREFULLY. Although you will receive a confirmation email from Virgin Voyages for the cruise portion of your package, you will continue to make ALL EVENT FEE payments to XTRAordinary Xperiences. Any discounts or coupon codes will be applied to your last payment and will be noted on your payment schedule. Please note that the cabin is not booked until the deposit/cruise fare is paid.

  • ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGES - $950 per person/ $1280 per double. AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST ONLY AS OF 9/1/25! (Based on availability)

  • BASIC PACKAGES - (Please use add-ons below to customize your package.)

  • ADD-ONS

    The following items and events are included in the All-Inclusive Packages (except the additional hotel night) but if you have chosen the Standard Package, these may be added on based on availability and based on your individual needs. Each item will be added to the Standard Package event fee and will increase your monthly payments balance if you are paying in installments.
  • PAYMENT PLANS WILL BE CREATED BASED ON THE MONTH YOUR DEPOSIT IS PAID. Choose Your Cabin Category above, provide information for ALL travelers, and click submit! An invoice for the required deposit will be sent to the person completing the registration form. If you are booking after May 1, 2025, please allow time for current pricing to be verified before you receive your deposit invoice. Bookings in September will require the cruise fare to be paid in full at the time of booking. Your additional event fee balance can be paid in installments. All travelers who will be responsible for making payments will receive a payment schedule that outlines the due dates and amounts of monthly payments. Once the deposit is paid/cruise fare is paid, your cabin will be booked. Although you will receive a confirmation email from Virgin Voyages for the cruise portion of your package, you will continue to make ALL payments to XTRAordinary Xperiences for your event fees. Any discounts or coupon codes will be applied to your last payment and will be noted on your payment schedule. Please note that you are not officially registered for this event until the cruise deposit is paid or the cruise fare is paid in full (depending on your booking date).

  • PAYMENT PLANS

    MONTHLY PAYMENTS ARE REQUIRED.

    Invoices will be sent on or about the 1st day of the month. 

    Payments are due by the 5th day of the month.

    Payments received after the 10th of the month may incur a $10 late fee per invoice.

    Payments made through September 2025 will be structured to cover the cost of the cruise fare.

    Payments in October, November, and December will be structured to pay the balance on the package you have chosen.

    Payments will be scheduled based on when the deposit is paid as follows:

    Deposits paid in March = 9-month payment plan

    • First 6 payments applied to cruise fare

    Deposits paid in April = 8-month payment plan

    • First 5 payments applied to cruise fare

    Deposits paid in May = 7-month payment plan

    • First 4 payments applied to cruise fare

    Deposits paid in June = 6-month payment plan

    • First 3 payments applied to cruise fare

    Deposits paid in July = 5-month payment plan

    • First 2 payments applied to cruise fare

    Deposits paid in August = 4-month payment plan

    • Full cruise fare must be paid in September; remaining balance can be paid in 3 payments

    Booking in September - Full cruise fare must be paid at time of booking

    • Balance may be paid in 3 months

    Booking in October - Full cruise fare must be paid at time of booking

    • Balance may be paid in 2 months

    Booking in November - Full cruise fare must be paid at time of booking

    • Balance may be paid in December

    Booking after November 30, 2026, total invoice must be paid at time of booking. 

  • VIRGIN VOYAGES CANCELLATION POLICY:

    Our cancellation policy was created to provide a better experience for our Sailors. Here's everything you need to know:

    If you’re booking more than 120 days prior to the start of the voyage, you have a 7-day grace period to request a full refund on your deposit and any other payments made. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

    After the 7-day grace period (but still before the 120-day window), you can receive a full refund on any payments, excluding your deposit. For your deposit, you will receive Future Voyage Credit at this time.

    Between 119 and 45 days, any funds paid will be converted to Future Voyage Credit (FVC), good to use on any voyage 1 year from the original voyage start date. Sweet deal, huh?

    Once you’re within 44 days of your voyage, all funds paid are final. But you do have the option to send someone else in your place up to 48 hours before your voyage if you really can't sail. Please note that taxes and fees will be refunded regardless of when the booking is canceled.

    XTRAORDINARY XPERIENCES CANCELLATION POLICY IN ADDITION TO VIRGIN VOYAGES

    Refund requests must be received in writing via email.  Please send to XX.with.KimXavier@gmail.com.  The time stamp on the email will determine how we process any refunds according first to Virgin Voyages policies.  Any funds that are returned from XTRAordinary Xperiences will incur a 10% processing fee plus any credit card fees incurred during the payment plan.  Cancellations within 60 days of sailing are subject to 30% cancellation fee plus credit card fees incurred during the payment plan.

    In the event a cabin is reserved with multiple people who are sharing costs, any cancellation and/or refund requests must be emailed to XX.with.KimXavier@gmail.com with ALL cabin mates CC'd on the email.  Cabin mates may opt to "buy out" the cancellation and/or add a new cabin mate up to 48 hours before the voyage.  Note:  XTRAordinary Xperiences is legally bound to process cancellations and refund requests.  It is recommended that cabin mates decide in advance how any issues will be handled if they should arise.

    If any items or services have been received prior to requesting a refund, such as swag items or continuing education sessions, applicable fees may be incurred to cover those items or services prior to issuing a refund.  This may be in addition to the applicable processing fee and returned credit card fees.  An itemized statement of any charges will be provided if this should arise.
