What to expect?
1. Complete the Claim Form
Complete this form with detailed information dealing with your vehicle and its service concern. Please complete this before your vehicle service appointment.
2. Claim Creation and Review
Once you submit this form, your claim is created. Our team will review and email you with next steps. (If you don't see it, check your spam folders!!)
- If you own an EV that is NOT a Tesla, Lucid, or Rivian - please have the service center reach out directly to our claims team at 1.877.302.1715 to receive authorization before service takes place. Please make sure to give them your contract number for when they call.
3. Submit Repair Estimates for Authorization
Before any repairs can be authorized, email us your estimate/repair order to evclaims@enduranceds.com. If you receive an updated estimate/repair order, send those as well. Concern, Diagnosis/Cause, and Correction from Tesla to prevent any delays with payment. This info from Tesla, Rivian and Lucid is standard policy to include onto their Estimate/Repair Order.
Notes:
- You must get pre-authorization from XCare before repairs begin to ensure coverage.
- Claims may be denied if repairs are done without prior approval.
- Altering, modifying, photoshopping your estimate or invoice will result in automatic denial.
4. After Service Completion
Provide us an email address where our team can email over credit card payment. If 3rd party payment processing is not available, we will reimburse you minus your deductible (if applicable).
