Any paid bookings, you the talent are responsible for paying 20% booking fee immediately upon receiving payment. In the event we receive payment from the Client, all booking fees will automatically be deducted.
Although some bookings are cash or check at wrap, please be advised that most payments will arrive up to 3 weeks after job is completed. We understand that you may come across other opportunities. However, any opportunities that you may gain as a result of The Pretty Gurlz Club and/or its affiliated agency, Xtreme Talent & Entertainment Co., we are still entitled to any publicity and 20% booking fee. Remember, if client requires your personal information, never give them this information as this maybe a conflict of interest and go against our policy. Talents must agree to not discuss any business matters nor any personal matters with any of our clients and talents affiliated. This includes: contracts, and rate of pay.
We will not tolerate exchanging numbers with our business associates, dating, sexual harassment, and any forms of violence. This is a professional agency and we will not tolerate behavior that may greatly affect future employment opportunities with us.
