  • PLEASE NOTE An individual is authorised to conduct Tonnage Measurements on behalf of the YBDSA if: You have been a surveyor for at least 2 years and, if you have successfully passed the MCA approved online exam and attended the practical training day, or submitted appropriate approved evidence.

  • Once you have completed & passed the Online Training Course, you will need to complete a Practical Assessment. This is chargeable at £75 (inclusive of VAT) payable directly to the Assessor.
