Sponsorship, Vendor, and Donation Form

This is a VENDOR/DONATION. Vendors are responsible for their own tables and displays. Items allowed at your table: tablecloths, signage, products, information about the services your company provides, and business cards and inserts. *Treats if you like for the participants. You are free to decorate your table as we support the individuality of each vendor yet be mindful of the participant's gender and age. Please no items that may cause mental distress or trauma provoking behaviors to be displayed at/on tables. We want to provide a safe space for vendors and participants. Space Assignments: Spaces located in The Gym Gymnasium 2325 Atascocita Rd., Houston, Texas 77396, may not place any tape on any wall or floor of The GYM Building. No sprinkling of glitter, confetti, potpourri, sequins, opened candy, herbs, sand, moss, or ash on tables, floors, or walls of The GYM Building. While our committee makes every effort to ensure spaces are assigned, space assignments cannot be guaranteed as it is a first come first served. The Committee reserves the right to modify space assignments as this may be required. All outside vendor spaces are vehicle accessible for setup which you may begin after 7:30 AM on Saturday, August 10, 2024, and break down between 4:30 pm and 6:00 pm. Please do not leave behind any garbage at your assigned area. At the end of the event, please make sure you complete the vendor survey that will be sent out to your company via email. We appreciate your attendance and hope to see you at the event. *Videos and pictures will be taken for future promotions on our website.

I hereby agree and give my permission for Y HE C8NT LLC and/or partners to record, film,photograph, audiotape or videotape myself (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Works”) and to display, publish or distribute these Works for the purpose of publishing, posting on the Y HE C8NT LLC website and posting on social media sites. I hereby waive any right to approve the use of these Works now or in the future, whether the use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to any royalties related to the use of these Works. I understand that the Works may appear in electronic form on the internet or in other publications outside of the Y HE C8NT LLC’s control. I agree that I will not hold the Y HE C8NT LLC responsible for any harm that may arise from such unauthorized reproduction.
