Tell us on what DAY you would like our meals. Minimum paying group size of 25 for meal service. Friday dinner and Sunday dinner are not offered.

IMPORTANT NOTE:*

Our Food Service Director works hard to please. But please understand that Camp Classen's meal service is not presented or represented to be "all you can eat". Groups will be provided with a full meal including a single serving of protein, 2 sides, bread/ starch and choice of beverages per person. Special requests may incur additional costs.

Please tell us about any known allergies represented in your group. While we will make every effort to accommodate ALLERGIES, we are unable to accommodate dietary PREFERENCES such as vegan, vegetarian etc... A salad bar is available each lunch and dinner meal.

(ATTENTION: We will reserve the amount of space you indicate here and may allow other groups to purchase space that you did not reserve. Your final number must be called in to our office 7 days prior to your arrival which we use to schedule staff, order food and prepare facilities. In the event of a low turn out, we will bill for 85% of your call in total or the total entered below which ever is greater)

ACCOMMODATIONS

Meade Activity Center is the perfect space for youth groups and smaller groups up to 60. Dorm style with bathrooms located inside. Our Traditional Cabins are a great option for groups up to 260.

Once this reservation is received in CAMP CLASSEN'S office we will confirm that your dates are available. Once dates are confirmed a contract and request for deposit will emailed to you and we will place a courtesy hold on your dates for 14 calendar days. Your dates and reservations are not considered secure until the signed contract and deposit have been received. If we have not received your signed contract and deposit back within 14 calendar days of being offered, we will make the requested dates available to other groups. Changes to this reservation can only be accepted in writing via email or a re submission of this form. In the case of multiple form submissions, the most recent dated form will be considered official. Once a contract is signed it is considered final above all other agreements written or oral.
