ACCOMMODATIONS

Have have Meade Activity Center is the perfect space for youth groups and smaller groups up to 60. Dorm style with bathrooms located inside. Our Traditional Cabins are a great option for groups up to 260.

Our first meal will be Day of the Week and our last meal will be Day of the week .

Our Food Service Director works hard to please. But please understand that Camp Classen's meal service is not presented or represented to be "all you can eat". Groups will be provided with a full meal including a single serving of protein, 2 sides, bread/ starch and choice of beverages per person. Special requests may incur additional costs.

Once this reservation is received in CAMP CLASSEN'S office we will confirm that your dates are available. Once dates are confirmed a contract and request for deposit will emailed to you and we will place a courtesy hold on your dates for 14 calendar days. Your dates and reservations are not considered secure until the signed contract and deposit have been received. If we have not received your signed contract and deposit back within 14 calendar days of being offered, we will make the requested dates available to other groups. Changes to this reservation can only be accepted in writing via email or a re submission of this form. In the case of multiple form submissions, the most recent dated form will be considered official. Once a contract is signed it is considered final above all other agreements written or oral.
