SURRENDER FEE: Surrendering a wolfdog to Yamnuska Wolfdog Sanctuary is subject to a surrender fee due at time of surrender. This fee helps to cover some of the costs associated with the care and veterinary expenses of the animal while in our care. The surrender fee is dependent on various factors and can vary from $100-$400.

RELEASE OF OWNERSHIP: By surrendering your wolfdog, you agree to relinquish all legal ownership of the animal to Yamnuska Wolfdog Sanctuary.

By submitting this form, I certify that I have read the Terms and Conditions stated above and that all questions have been answered honestly and accurately to the best of my knowledge.

By completing this application, it is not guaranteed that Yamnuska Wolfdog Sanctuary will accept the animal described above. The information provided in this application will be used to determine if the animal in question is a wolfdog and, if so, whether the sanctuary is able to accept the animal.
