Temazcal Ceremony - Camino al Sol (Journey to the Sun)

On April 8th, we enter the temazcal with our prayers directed to the Sun… to its life-giving light that guides, sustains, and moves the cycles of the Earth and our own hearts.

Within the womb of Mother Earth, each drop of sweat becomes an offering, each word a prayer, each silence a deep listening to that force that illuminates us from within and beyond. We pray to remember our connection to the Sun, to honor its energy, and to align with its clarity, strength, and purpose.

You come because something within you recognizes this call… because your spirit, too, is seeking its own light, its own sunrise 🌿✨

Within the heat of the Abuelas (volcanic stones) and the embrace of steam, we shed layers, clear the mind, and plant the seeds of what we are ready to call in.

First-Time Temazcal Guidelines
• Arrive well hydrated and eat lightly beforehand
• Wear comfortable clothing or a bathing suit (sarong optional)
• Bring a towel, water, and dry clothes for after
• Enter with an open heart and clear intention
• Silence, prayer, and song are part of the ceremony
• Respect the space, the fire, and one another
