  • 1. Visible Tattoos - As per our uniform policy, we do not allow any employee to have a visible tattoo. "Visible" is defined as any tattoo which can not be completely covered by approved clothing. This is including but not limited to the collar line to the head or from the wrists to the finger tips.*
  • 2. Facial Piercings - Yocco's does not allow any employee to have a non-removable face, tongue, or other non-ear type piercing. We also do not permit gauges in the nose, ear, or any other body part that may be visible to customers or employees . Tongue rings must be replaced with a flat, flesh colored plug. Regular earrings are permitted; up to 3 per ear, no bars, no large hoops, must be backed. *
  • 3. Conflict of Interest - Yocco's does not permit any of its employees to hold a second job, "moonlight", or provide services in a related or competing field, specifically the food service industry. This includes any establishment which serves prepared food to the customer. (Example - Fast Food, Restaurants, Grocery Deli Counters, Concession Stands, etc.)*

  • Employment Information

  • Yocco's has several different employment categories.

    1. Part Time (PT) Counter Server - These are our regular crew members who work anything from 3-40 hours per week. They have the ability to create flexible schedules, have no minimum or maximum required hours, and recieve all part time benefits as listed as earned.

    2. Full Time (FT) Counter Server - These are employees who meet our requirements for full time employment and as such have access to more benefits and compensation after a 90 day qualifying period.

     Requirements for FT are : An open Days, Nights, and Weekends availability, Minimum of 40 Hours per week, 6 day work week, able to meet 90 qualifying period milestones in performance and availability. 

    3. Full Time Assistant Manager Trainee - These are employee who meet the above FT requirements in addition to the following: Minimum of 2 years experience in food service preferably but not necesarily in a management role (references required), valid drivers liscense and vehicle insurance, access to a personal vehicle for required use during work hours (mileage compensated), clearing of a criminal background check.
