Yocco's has several different employment categories.
1. Part Time (PT) Counter Server - These are our regular crew members who work anything from 3-40 hours per week. They have the ability to create flexible schedules, have no minimum or maximum required hours, and recieve all part time benefits as listed as earned.
2. Full Time (FT) Counter Server - These are employees who meet our requirements for full time employment and as such have access to more benefits and compensation after a 90 day qualifying period.
Requirements for FT are : An open Days, Nights, and Weekends availability, Minimum of 40 Hours per week, 6 day work week, able to meet 90 qualifying period milestones in performance and availability.
3. Full Time Assistant Manager Trainee - These are employee who meet the above FT requirements in addition to the following: Minimum of 2 years experience in food service preferably but not necesarily in a management role (references required), valid drivers liscense and vehicle insurance, access to a personal vehicle for required use during work hours (mileage compensated), clearing of a criminal background check.
