    • Use the link in the email to upload your payment screenshot.
    5. FINAL CONFIRMATION AND NDA:
    • After we receive your payment screenshot, you’ll get a confirmation email with a link to the confidentiality pledge.
    • Sign, print, and bring the NDA form with you to the workshop as your entry pass.

    Must not borrow money or pledge jewels to pay for the workshop. We want to ensure that participants are financially stable and can afford the workshop without incurring debt or financial hardship.

    3. Workshop Content 

    All content provided during our workshops, including but not limited to strategies, materials, videos, and presentations, is the intellectual property of Damodaran & SimpleTricksIndia.

    4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

    • All strategies, materials, and content presented in our workshops are protected by copyright laws under Section 13 and Section 14 of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable intellectual property laws.

    • Participants are strictly prohibited from recording, distributing, or reproducing any part of the workshop content without prior written consent from Damodaran SimpleTricksIndia.

    • Unauthorized use, distribution, or sharing of our proprietary content will result in legal action.

    5. Confidentiality

    Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information and strategies provided during the workshops. Sharing or disclosing this information to third parties, including friends and colleagues, is strictly prohibited.

    6. Payment and Refunds

    All workshop fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Damodaran SimpleTricksIndia cancels the event. - Payment must be completed before attending the workshop.

    7. Code of Conduct

    Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Disruptive behavior or violations of these terms may result in removal from the workshop without a refund.


    8. Limitation of Liability

    Damodaran & SimpleTricksIndia is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our strategies or participation in our workshops.

    9. Governing Law

    These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
