This Form is set up for a Church Staff Member to Register ALL Students and Chaperones as a group.

Please register a male and a female leader to stay with your students.

KidJam is an overnight weekend experience for children in grades 1–5 that is strategically placed right in the middle of the school year. Kids from churches throughout the state of Florida gather together to get fired up with great worship and speakers ministering into their lives. The entire experience provides great fellowship for kids and a whole lot of fun for everyone.

Check-in/walk-on registration begins at 4:30PM.

***Registration will not begin until 4:30pm. Please keep your group together while you are waiting to check in. Children should remain with their leaders at all times.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
Early Bird Registration (Ended January 20th):
$35.00 for students and $25.00 for chaperone. (T-shirts will be available for purchase at the event.)
Standard Registration (January 21st – January 31st):
$45.00 for students and $30.00 for chaperone. (T-Shirts guaranteed if registered by January 13th. If registered after January 13th, T-Shirts available while supplies last)
Late Registration (February 1st or later):
$55.00 per student and $35.00 per chaperone. (T-Shirts available while supplies last)

** Walk-on registration only permitted as long as housing is still available at the start of event.

FULL AMOUNT DUE PER STUDENT AND CHAPERONE ON SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION.

There is a nonrefundable $20 admin fee included in the cost per student and chaperone.
*Registration includes: t-shirt (Guaranteed for registrations submitted by January 13th), housing, Friday night dinner, Saturday breakfast and lunch.

*Please note that you and your group may be housed with another group. If you wish, you may secure your own housing accommodations off campus.

Important Information Regarding KidJam Attendance

Please carefully read over this information about attending KidJam 2025 and sign if applicable. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, you and your student(s) and chaperone(s) will not be permitted to at this event.
KidJam will be held at the Lake Wimauma Convention Center located at 5408 State Road 674, Wimauma, FL 33598.

Registration fees include (3) meals, free T-Shirt gauranteed for registrations submitted by January 13th and while supplies last for remaining registrants, materials and sessions. Onsite logding is available, however please be aware that there is a possiblitly of different church groups being housed together in the same room to maximize space. For safety purposes, no additional bedding is allowed in rooms: ie, blowup mattresses, sleeping bags on the floor, etc. If you wish, you may secure your own housing offsite.
