Selection Process: Submission of this form does not guarantee selection as a speaker. All applications will be reviewed by the Zero Waste Festival (ZWF) program team, and selected speakers will be notified.
Promotion: If selected, your name, organisation and presentation details may be included in promotional materials related to the ZWF 2026, including but not limited to the festival website, social channels, and media communications.
Recording and Distribution: Festival sessions may be photographed, filmed or recorded. By participating as a speaker, you consent to the recording and possible distribution of your presentation, or excerpts from it, through Zero Waste Victoria channels including the website, social media and other promotional materials.
Intellectual Property: You retain the intellectual property rights to your presentation materials. However, you grant ZWV a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, share and display recordings or excerpts of your presentation for promotional and educational purposes.
Code of Conduct: All speakers are expected to adhere to the ZWF Code of Conduct, which promotes a respectful and inclusive environment for all participants.
