  • Main Venue: Samothraki Village Hotel

    Main Venue for the ADPCA Conference 2026 is Samothraki Village Hotel, which is located in the area of Palaiapoli on the island of Samothrace. You can book special price accommodation in Samothraki Village rooms through the present application. Breakfast is included in the below prices. **Note1: Four-bed room, Suite, Maisonette, Apartment is booked overall and not per person. Please check which choices are per person.

  • Food

    There is an option to pre-pay for your food (lunch & dinner) from 15-19/07/2026. For participants who are interested, they will have the option to pre-pay for their food in another more detailed form that will be forwarded in the following months. Please fill in the box to express your interest for having a pre-paid food package. This is not binding, it is mainly to express your interest.   • Cancellation Policy:

    - In case of cancellation, the registration fee (100 or  250 euros) are not returned.

    - Payment for accomodation can be returned, if participant cancels the registration prior to 20th of May, 2026.
