2026 Jadin Wong Fellowship for Dance Application
The Asian American Arts Alliance (A4) is pleased to announce the 2026 application cycle for the Jadin Wong Fellowship in Dance/Choreography.
Applicants must:
- Be of Asian heritage
- Be 30 years of age or younger (your birthday must fall on or after May 2, 1995)
- Be a resident of New York City & primarily based in NYC during the fellowship period (May - Dec 2026)
- Not be enrolled in a degree-granting program in a field related to dance during the fellowship period; exceptions may be made for post-graduate students in a field unrelated to dance
- Have at least two years of experience in presented dance
Fellowship benefits:
The grantee will receive a $10,000 unrestricted stipend, and an eight-month fellowship tailored to their artistic practice including mentorship from an established or mid-career dance professional, career coaching, and technical support to develop a new or existing work during the fellowship (completion of the work is not required, but progress is expected).
