Free Homework Club/Crash Club Request
We are please to offer these clubs free of charge to select group members. Each month you use these clubs for your meeting, please fill out and submit this form in order to receive complimentary HW/CC. You must still register for these clubs via your campus School Store and purchase at least 1 of the club type you will utilize (HW and/or CC), but then fill out this form for each monthly meeting.
