• Volunteer Interest Form for Former AA Students

    Thank you for your interest in volunteering at American Academy! Please complete the information below, and a member of our team will follow up with you. This form must be completed by each individual volunteer—anyone who plans to enter the building to volunteer must submit their own form.
  • Did you leave American Academy in good standing? We welcome students who left on a positive note. Students who were expelled or had serious disciplinary issues cannot volunteer.*

  • Thank you for your interest in volunteering at American Academy. Unfortunately, only students who left the school in good standing are eligible to volunteer. We appreciate your understanding.

  • Please complete the following steps before submitting this form:

    Step 1: Email the teacher or staff member you would like to volunteer with to see if they need assistance and confirm the exact dates and times you would be volunteering. The staff member will then need to obtain approval from both the Elementary and Middle School Principals.
