  • Welcome to Peachtree City Action Summer Camp’s online sign up! Here you can reserve a space for your child in Peachtree City Action Summer Camp.

    ABBA Action Summer Camp price is $299

     

    Date of Spring Camp:

    • June 23rd - 27th   *Only 4 to 6 yrs old
    • Jule 7th - 11th      *Only 7 to 12 yrs old
    • 20% Discount for additional family member 
    • Early Drop-Off: 7:30am-9:00am - $15/day
    • Late Pick-Up: 2:30pm4:00pm - $15/day
    • Early Drop-off & Late Pick-up - $25/day

     

    Students must be registered for Early Drop-off or Late Pick-up or parents can pay by calling into the main office at 678-545-1889 if it is needed unexpectedly due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances.

    Notes:
    Special Allergy needs are always accommodated, but parents must supply our staff members with adequate instructions for preventing allergy attacks, any necessary medications, etc.

          I agree to obey instructions and understand that ABBA Martial Arts is not liable for any personal damages, losses, or injuries (in school or on field trips, including, but not limited to: sun exposure, roller skating, ). I will not use the knowledge from ABBA Martial Arts (Summer Camp) except to protect the honor or well being of others or myself. I permit ABBA Martial Arts to use photographs of me/my relative in ABBA publications, websites and publicity material. I permitABBA Martial Arts to use sunscreen/first aid and to transport my child(ren). I, the undersigned, act as parent or legal guardian for the above applicant and fully understand the responsibilities. I understand that ABBA Martial Arts (Summer Camp) will retain this application whether or not it is approved and I authorize ABBA Martial Arts (Summer Camp) to verify the above information.
