Tennis Foundations 1: Tuesdays & Fridays 6-7:30pmPricing is per 4-week session. 4 classes: $150, classes 5-8 $40/class. Your card will be charged for the first 4 classes on the first day of the session. Classes 5-8 will be charged after they are attended. You are able to attend on Tuesdays or Fridays, please just notify me at 325-347-7425 if you plan on attending a day that you didn't specify. You will be automatically charged for the sessions. If you would like to skip a session or to stop attending, please let me know before the start of the next session. You can pay on a class by class basis also -- Drop-in fee for a class is an additional $15/class.

OCPETo register for OCPE, you must have school district approval. OCPE meets Monday 3:30-5:30 pm, Wednesday 3:30-5:30pm, and Friday 3:30-4:30pm. Classes do not meet on school holidays, and there are no make ups for missed practices. Class requirement of one tournament per month while enrolled in course. Bad weather days, school holidays, shorter months are calculated into the final price of the class. Cost of program is $300/month and is due on/by the first class of each month. No refunds. Waiver & Release of Liability and Photo Release Agreement* This field is required.WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY & PHOTO RELEASE AGREEMENT 1. Assumption of Risk I acknowledge and understand that participation in tennis instruction, events, practices, and other related activities ("Activities") involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, falls, contact with other participants, equipment failure, and exposure to environmental conditions. I knowingly and voluntarily assume full responsibility for all such risks, whether foreseen or unforeseen. 2. Release of Liability In consideration for being permitted to participate in the Activities, I hereby voluntarily release, waive, and discharge Brazos Valley Competitive Tennis, Abbrat Tennis LLC, and all affiliated parties from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liabilities of any kind arising out of or relating to my participation in the Activities, including but not limited to those resulting from the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties. 3. Medical Consent I certify that I (or my child) am in good health and able to safely participate in the Activities. I authorize the Released Parties to seek emergency medical treatment if necessary and agree to be responsible for any resulting medical expenses. 4. Photo and Video Release I grant permission to Brazos Valley Competitive Tennis and Abbrat Tennis LLC to take photographs and video recordings of me (or my child) during Activities. I authorize the use of such images for marketing, social media, promotional, or educational purposes without compensation. I understand that these images may be shared publicly, including on websites and social platforms, and I waive any rights of privacy or ownership regarding the use of these images. 5. Indemnification I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of my (or my child's) participation in the Activities. 6. Severability and Governing Law If any portion of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas. By signing below, I affirm that I have read and understand this Waiver and Release of Liability & Photo Release Agreement, and that I voluntarily agree to its terms.

I understand and agree to the following: Recurring Payments: I authorize Abbrat Tennis LLC to automatically charge my card for recurring services (such as weekly, monthly, or session-based payments), as outlined in my enrollment or service agreement. Card on File: I consent to having my payment information securely stored and used for future payments, including any balances due, missed sessions, or late cancellations (if applicable per Abbrat Tennis policy). Notification: I will be notified in advance of any changes to pricing or billing schedules. I agree to keep my billing information current and notify Abbrat Tennis of any changes to my card. Disputes and Termination: I may revoke this authorization at any time by providing written notice 7 days in advance. Charges made prior to revocation or disputes must be resolved according to Abbrat Tennis policy. Refunds: I understand that all sales and payments are subject to the Abbrat Tennis refund policy.
