Model Release and Image Rights Agreement
IMAGE RIGHTS & USAGE
Client Usage: The Client is granted a limited license to use the delivered images for
personal, non-commercial use (e.g., printing, sharing on social media with proper credit).
No alterations to the images (filters, edits, etc.) may be made without the Photographer’s
consent.
Photographer Usage: The Photographer may use selected images from the session for
promotional purposes, including but not limited to portfolio, website, social media, and
marketing materials. The Client must inform the Photographer in writing via this document if they wish to keep the images private.
MODEL RELEASE & CONSENT

Model Release: The Client agrees to allow the Photographer to use their likeness in the
images for social media, marketing, and promotional purposes unless they explicitly decline by ticking this box:
Limited Model Release: The Client agrees to allow the Photographer to use their likeness in the images for marketing and promotional purposes that are anonymous and do not show the client’s face or any physical details that will give away the client’s identity to anyone who doesn’t know the client personally or isn’t aware that they booked a session.
Initial HERE - that you understand that you have read the entire release and by not ticking either box above, you are giving Pretty Little Things Boudoir by Arieonna Abeling Photography LLC and permission to use your images for social media, marketing, promotional, etc. purposes.
Initial HERE - that you understand that even if you agree to the limited model release there is still a chance that someone may recognize your features within the images and your identity will not be private if they wish to share that information with others.
