This form is not for albums that are copies or duplicates. Please refer to your photography package. 

Select and list NO FEWER than the amount of images
that are included in your album package. The images will be placed in the order that you list, on the pages indicated below.

You have the option to upgrade your album image count at $30 per 2-image-panorama in a 6x6 book,
or $50 per 2-image-panorama in a 8x8, 10x10 or 12x12 book
The included cover is a faux leather, with a choice below to upgrade to a photo cover with text.

Typical turnaround is 3-5 months after the order is placed,
but may vary based on seasonal workload and our bindery’s schedule.
You will receive a preview of your album by email within that timeframe.
