TERMS AND CONDITIONS (please read carefully)

WITH PROVIDED DRIVER ONLY.

❌ Self-drive is strictly NOT allowed.

❌ Renter-provided drivers are NOT permitted.

1. Eligibility

• Must submit 1 valid government-issued ID

• The renter must be at least 21 years old.

2. Driver Assignment

The assigned driver is authorized by the company and cannot be replaced or substituted under any circumstances.

3. Usage Restrictions

• Vehicle must be used for legal and agreed purposes only.

• No off-road use, racing, overloading, or illegal activities.

• Smoking, illegal substances, and misuse of the vehicle are prohibited.

4. Rental Period & Overtime

• Rental duration follows the agreed schedule. Excess hours are subject to overtime charges.

• Additional charges may vary if the pick-up/drop-off location is outside Metro Manila

5. Liability & Damages

• The company driver is responsible for driving operations.

• The renter is liable for damages caused by misuse, negligence, or violations of these terms.

6. Passenger Conduct

• The renter and passengers must observe proper conduct.

• The company reserves the right to terminate the trip if safety rules are violated.

7. Downpayment, Cancellations & No-Show

Downpayment shall be made 2 days prior to the booking date at least 10% of the rate. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in non-refundable downpayment.

8. Pets policy

If pet transport is approved:

• Prior notice must be given at the time of booking.

• Only small to medium-sized pets may be allowed, subject to vehicle availability.

Pet Safety & Containment

Approved pets must be:

• Placed in a secure carrier or crate

• Properly restrained at all times

• Kept off seats unless protective covers are used

Responsibility & Liability

The renter is fully responsible for:

• Any damage, stains, scratches, odors, or excessive hair caused by the pet

• Injuries, disturbances, or sanitation issues related to the pet

Cleaning & Damage Fees

Additional cleaning or detailing fees will apply if the vehicle requires special sanitation after pet transport.

9. Right to Refuse Service

The company reserves the right to refuse or cancel service for safety, security, or policy violations.

10. Agreement

Booking confirmation signifies acceptance of all terms and conditions.
