a. All appointments must be booked with your Coach.
b. Suitable workout gear and footwear must be worn during sessions.
c. Please inform Abi of any medical conditions you have, or any medication you may be taking. If unsure, please ask.
d. You will be required to give one full calendar month's notice of any cancellation or amendments to your payment plan(s) in relation to ABI GIBSON COACHING.
e. Abi is only required to wait for 15 minutes past the agreed start time. After this the coach may leave the premises and the client will forfeit the amount for the session. If the client arrives within the 15 minutes, the trainer will only complete the time left of the original session. No extra time will be given.
f. All sessions MUST be completed in the month they have been paid for. There will be no ‘carry over’ for unused sessions. The 24 hour cancellation rule still applies. If you cancel and there is another space available, I will offer it. But be aware there might not be.
g. I am entitled to up to 4 weeks holiday per year. When I go on holiday, we won't have a session (obviously). But I will provide you with a clear POA to maintain the momentum of your health and fitness journey. This will be arranged at least one month in advance before I take leave.
h. If you take a holiday then you must rearrange the sessions you would miss within the same calendar month. You must inform me when you plan and book your holidays so we can make alternative plans for your program. Please provide a minimum of one calendar month’s notice so we can rearrange appropriately for you.
i. My coaching is based on a minimum term of 3 months. After that initial period, you need to provide me with at least one full calendar month's notice of any changes or cancellations.
j. Commit to the same time every week and rearrange if and when we need to make sure you abide by the cancellation and rescheduling rules.
