Each vendor space is roughly 10 x 10 and are on a first come, first serve basis given the layout of the market. Set up is 2:30 - 3:30PM, and weights/tie downs are required for ALL tents, no exceptions. All personal belongings and sale items are to be claimed and taken off the property promptly in an orderly fashion after the event ends, but there is no leaving early. Market does not get cancelled due to inclement weather, however we do have the option of using the new gymnasium at Hedding Grade School when it is available. There are no refunds, however, if you do not attend a market that you have already paid for, that fee is credited to future markets for the duration of the season. (i.e. You pay for next Friday, but become ill and are unable to attend. You may apply that fee to any future market until the end of September.)
The sale of illicit materials, animals, copyrighted materials, or resale items is strictly prohibited.
Vendors are expected to have any and all appropriate licensing for the sale of food items. For more information, contact Sarah Willett at the Knox County Health Department. Phone: 309-344-2224 ext 276 Email: swillett@knoxcountyhealth.org
Vendor fee is $10 per market or $150 for the season. Full season vendors will also receive a complimentary farmers market shirt as noted below. Vendors may pay weekly for the month of March and then choose to utilize the full season discount before June.
