Tropical Rugby Academy Drill Instructions
Set-up (5) cones spaced 10-meters apart. The Athlete runs a shuttle with a 2-count exercise at each cone. After each exercise the player will return to the Start/Finish Line. The goal is to accomplish in less than 2-minutes. Key Factors are speed, quality exercise, explode for the first three steps at all turns/restarts.
The best result is to have someone record your drill and time.
