DEPOSITS
A one time, non-refundable $500 deposit is required at registration to reserve your seats in class(es). Classes do fill up quickly, so make sure to RSVP before deadline. Please contact academy@opmakeup.com with any questions prior to registration.
BALANCE DUE
All remaining tuition balances must be paid in full the Friday before the course date. NO EXCEPTIONS! Otherwise, your spot will be forfeited, and your student housing reservation will not be confirmed. Credit cards accepted are Visa, MC, Discover, and American Express. An invoice reminder will be sent accordingly to your email address listed above.
STUDENT HOUSING
Guest housing is available for OPM Students taking any 2-day or packaged courses. MUST RSVP no later than three weeks prior to course date to properly accommodate your stay. All tuition balances must be paid to confirm your reservation.
DISCLAIMER AND SIGNATURE
The number of students in each class is limited to provide the most effective training. We understand that scheduling conflicts can arise at the last minute. However, due to our enforcement of the student limit, your deposit of $500 will be FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE TO ANOTHER PERSON. For rescheduling of a later course and not to lose your deposit, we must be informed 30 days prior to the initial course start date. All cancellations or rescheduling notices must be submitted to academy@opmakeup.com.
