A Makeup or a Week-Extension requires a 24-HR notice.
2-1. Report my Absence:

LESS THAN 24 HR NOTICE (non-emergency): I cannot attend an in-person Private lesson for personal reasons. (Fill in Question 3-1. Less than 24-hour or same-day cancellation without an emergency does not allow makeups except by joining an online Zoom class.)LESS THAN 24 HR NOTICE (emergency): I cannot attend an in-person Private lesson today due to an unforeseen emergency. I will be supplying a supplementary document that may be used to determine my eligibility for an emergency makeup (with a valid makeup token) and must be received within 48 hours of the scheduled class. Fill in Question 3-1 (less than 24-hour or same-day cancellation).MORE THAN 24 HR NOTICE: I am notifying a planned absence on the following date(s) (24 hours and more notice). 3-3. Makeups for Emergency Cancellations

I would like to request a makeup lesson with my Makeup Token. I have the supplementary document that I can submit (or will submit by in the next 48 hours, mail it to: registrar@bellevueacademy.com).I am not requesting makeup.I want to join by Zoom instead today. (Zoom link is embedded on the student page.)
3-4. Supplementary Document for Emergency Absences: Accepted formats are, 1. Doctor's note, 2. Notarized statement, 3. A copy of an email you sent to your school regarding today's absence or their reply confirming receipt, 4. School note indicating a required event (a general notice is acceptable), 5. Documentation of home treatment for illness, including COVID-19 test results or similar, 6. Documentation of an immediate family emergency (describe as accurately as possible). // All other formats are not accepted except for those specified under special circumstances that are not detailed here.

5. Absence: Team Meetups

To remain in good standing, consistent attendance at Team Meetups is required. Since makeups are not offered, you will need to attend another Team Meetup within the same week to fulfill the attendance requirement.
