Commerce Lexington's Nonprofit Peer Groups serve as a safe space for Lexington area non-profit executive staff members to collaborate on governance, strategy, and stewardship to advance non-profit excellence. Small cohort groups of 6-8 members will meet monthly to focus on information sharing and mentor/mentee relationships. Peer moderators will lead group discussion and maintain structure and a confidentiality agreement is required for attendance to enable trust and candid discussion.
