I blanks*understand that if any of my facial care, such as sunscreen, facial wash, & makeup contain the following can cause possible allergic reactions , redness, swelling, or even peeling to the skin. If possible reaction i will contact my technician & consult a physician at my own expense.
AFTER CARE

DO constantly brush brows in upward motion of hair growth atleast 2-4x. Do hydrate brows, castor oil, coconut oil, argan oil, or vitamin E oil DO wash brows in upward direction. make sure to brush brows before they dry DO use water based makeup remover for longer lasting tint DONT wet/touch/sauna/sleep onbrows for the first 24hrs DON'T use harsh makeup on brows that may need u to rub off DON'T use soap when washingface *tinted brows". DON'T forget to hydrate brows for longer lastinglook

Acknowledgement and Waiver

I am over 18 years of age and consent to the agreement and to treatment or have a parent with me that consents to this service.I understand I must show proof of age before treatment takes place. I understand that a $20 deposit is required to hold my appointment date and there a no refunds. I agree to notify onadaily1x 24hrs- 48hr notice of cancellation to my appointment. I understand that if Im running late there will be a $5 fee or cancellation to my appointment. This agreement will remain in effect for my procedure and all future procedures conducted by Berryfushionbrowz . I understand that this consent agreement is legal and binding. I have read and fully understand all information in this agreement. I release my technician from all liability associated with this procedure, which is performed with the utmost attention to safety and proper application using tools and products that the technician has been professionally trained and certified to use. I understand the aftercare instructions and will do my part to maintain my eyebrow aftercare. By signing below, I verify that I have read the above statements and agree to them all.
