Registered (Voting) Membership Form
Membership is open to all Singaporeans and Singaporean Permanent Resident who are above the age of 18 years. Persons who are below 18 years of age will require the written consent of their parents or guardian.

As a minimum requirement, the management committee recommends that the applicant should have been regularly attending Alive Community Church (ACC) services for at least 1 year.

All applications will be submitted to the Management Committee for their decision and the outcome will be informed to you via email.

Do note that only members who are 21 years old and above shall have the right to vote.
