Thanks for taking a few minutes to reflect on your past year with Access Opportunity. This survey has two parts: first some reflection on how you've grown this year, then your feedback on your experience in the program. Your honest answers, whether positive or constructive, are exactly what help us make AO better, so please answer as openly as you can. We thoroughly review responses to understand how the program is working, and what we can do to improve!
