At Ace Sports Clinic we are committed to keeping your personal health information private. Our privacy protocols comply with privacy legislation and standards set out in the Personal Health Information Protection act.
Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours notice is received, you will be charged 100% of the fee for service on the card you provided when booking the appointment.
Your appointment is reserved specifically for you. If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the fee for service on the card you provided when booking the appointment and may be required to reschedule your appointment. It is your responsibility to keep track of your appointment, reminders are a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

Packages & Products
Our Health & Wellness Packages and Products are designed to provide increased value for our clients.
Please note that all Packages are non-transferrable, non-refundable and are not able to be extended beyond their expiry date.
All products purchased are non-refundable, due to health & sanitary reasons.
Credit Card Authorization
When you make an appointment at Ace Sports Clinic you will be required to provide your credit card details. These details will be kept safely external to our clinic. Once entered into the clinic software system either directly by you online (MINDBODY App) or via our Wellness Coordinators via telephone, no staff member at Ace Sports Clinic will have access to your credit card details. All credit card data is stored at PCI Level 1 standard data security (the highest standard out there), so you can rest assured that it is safe.
The MINDBODY App will allow you to book appointments and check your payment history directly from your phone.
