    Claiming your gift certificates is easy. Unclaimed gift certificates are under your benefactor's name. When you claim them, we transfer the full value of the gift certificates to your CenterTix account for you to use at your convenience.

    Additional Payments When Redeeming

    • Even if your gift certificate covers only part of the cost of the tickets you want, you can use this form to order tickets.
    • Orders placed with claimed gift certificates can immediately process additional payment when ordering.
    • Orders are completed once payment in full is received.
    • If your unclaimed Gift Certificate does not cover the full cost of an order, CenterTix will contact you by phone about the balance due.
    • CenterTix will request confirmation to proceed with the order and take payment information at that time.

    Restrictions

    • CenterTix can only honor Broadway Alaska gift certificates and CenterTix gift certificates. All other certificates cannot be redeemed by CenterTix.
    • All sales are subject to seat availability.
    • Expired gift certificates have no value and cannot be redeemed for tickets.

    Once the request is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from CenterTix.

    If CenterTix is currently closed and you need to order tickets for a show that is happening before CenterTix reopens, do not use this form.

  • If you have your Broadway Alaska or CenterTix Gift Certificate in your hand, please choose the option that works best for you.

    1) Snap a photo...First write today's date across each Gift Certificate that you are redeeming. Then snap a photo and either send it to us at exchange@centertix.com or upload it to this form.

    2) If your original Gift Certificate was delivered to your smartphone, please open your order (from your confirmation email) and "forward" each ticket that you want to redeem to exchange@centertix.com.

    3) Bring your Gift Certificates to our box office in the Alaska Center for the Performing Arts. The box office is only open by appointment and 90 minutes prior to events. Please come at least 30 minutes before the start of a show if redeeming on the day of an event.

  • On Print@Home Tickets

    The order number is listed as the "Order ID" and appears near the top of each ticket on the left side.

  • If you are claiming your Broadway Alaska or CenterTix Gift Certificate(s), please press "submit" now. CenterTix staff will move the full value of your certificates to your CenterTix account and send confirmation during the next business day.

    If you are redeeming your gift certificates for an event now and the value of your Broadway Alaska or CenterTix Gift Certificate(s) does not cover the entire cost of your order, CenterTix will contact you with the total cost for your purchase and take payment information at that time.

    Once your order is complete, a confirmation email will be sent from CenterTix with links to your new tickets.
