Please note that the information being gathered in this form is being collected solely for the purposes of managing the clubs activities including advising members of club rides and other club activities. Membership details may be supplied to other members from time to time for Club matters.

The information collected in this form will not be supplied to third parties.

ACCEPTANCE OF MEMBERSHIP TERMS

In consideration of acceptance of my (our) application for membership of the Auckland Cycle Touring Assocation I (we) hereby:

1. Waive, discharge, and forever release any rights to claims for damage which I (we) may have or which may accrue to me (us) against the club, its officers, agents and representatives.
2. Agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the club as set out in the club constitution.
3. Consuct myself in a way which will do nothing which could diminish the good standing of the club.

Membership Waiver

In consideration of acceptance of my (our) application for membership of the Auckland Cycle Touring Association I (we) hereby waive,discharge, and forever release any rights to claims for damage which I (we) may have or which may accrue to me (us) against the Club, its officers, agents and representatives.

Annual Subscription Fee

The annual subscription of $20 can be paid directly into the Club Bank Account
