PHOTOGRAPHY
We (Act One Beginners) would like to take photographs and/or videos during our rehearsals which may feature “the student” and be published on social media, our website and other promotional material.
It is important that we get your consent for this to happen. Therefore please place a tick in the box below. If you do not wish for your child to be filmed/photographed then we can't accept them into our cast as we need to publicly promote our show.*

FEES
- Invoices are issued prior to the start of each new 4 week block of rehearsals and full payment is required ASAP on receipt, and MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE ATTENDING REHEARSALS. The cost per week is £6. (The first Block is due on Sunday 5th October day - a full 4 weeks fees must be paid in order for your child to do the workshop & audition)
- If your child is cast in the show - a £15 fee is required to contribute towards the digital script and the cast t-shirt which must be worn to ALL rehearsals.
- If payment is not received prior to the student attending rehearsals, we do reserve the right to not allow the student into the rehearsal and/or add an additional 10% admin fee for late payment to the the invoice.
- All absences MUST be reported prior to missed rehearsal and not during or after as this will lead to students not being placed in numbers and scenes set that day. MORE THAN 3 MISSED REHEARSAL WITHOUT PLENTY OF NOTICE WILL RESULT IN THE STUDENT BEING REMOVED FROM THE SHOW. In this case no refunds will be given - unless in exceptional circumstances and t-shirts and scripts will be charged for in case of leaving the show.

I understand that there is only space for a limited number of children in the cast and that in the event we have more audition than we can give places to, that my child may not have a guaranteed place. We will endeavour, where finances allow, to include as many children as we can in the cast - however costumes and props have a budget that we must adhere to to ensure we can continue offering show opportunities in the future.
