The Diverse Workforce Supervisors provide licensing and internship supervision to BIPOC social workers in the NASW-MN Diverse Workforce Pilot Project. This is a four-year project and the workload depends on the availability of supervisors and the needs of the social workers in the Diverse Workforce Pilot Project. You must meet all of the following minimum requirements (check all the applies to you):

Identify as Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC)
Have a Bachelor’s and/or Master's degree in Social Work
Hold a valid Minnesota social work license in good standing
Have met the 30-hour supervision training requirement to provide licensure supervision in MN and am eligible to provide LSW or LGSW licensure supervision
Have knowledge of continuing education programming and compliance with regulatory requirements will be advantageous for this position
Have a minimum of three years of experience working with children and families
I am and/or agree to be a current NASW member while in this role
