We use a WhatsApp group for essential race communications ONLY during the Race Weekend.

You will see yourself added to the group in the few days before the race weekend and it will not be used except for during the race weekend. It is a non-reply group, so you will not be disturbed by lots of messages going back and forth, only necessary communications that need to be circulated.

The race organisers will be in touch with you to make more detailed arrangements once we have your details on record as being available.
