Important note: All roles with Furballs are currently unpaid and volunteer-based, as we are a small 501c3 nonprofit organization. By expressing interest, you’re choosing to give your time and skills for a rewarding purpose, driven by passion and a desire to make a meaningful impact for cats.

Board roles are designed to be a low time commitment, with meetings held once per month and occasional support as needed. Rescue team roles are more hands-on and typically involve a weekly or ongoing commitment. As our organization grows, some rescue team roles may have the potential to become compensated in the future, though this is not guaranteed.
