Birthday Booking

Welcome to Adrenaline Vault Birthday Party Bookings!

Thanks for choosing to celebrate with us. Our birthday parties are all about fun, movement and an unforgettable climbing experience for the crew.

This form collects everything we need to plan your party properly. To secure your booking, a $150 deposit is required at the time of submitting this form. Your date is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

We require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice for all birthday bookings. If your preferred date is sooner, please email enquiries@adrenalinevault.com.au and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Please provide an approximate number of climbers and the average age of the climbers. Minimum of 6 climbers required for the booking.
(You are welcome to book with less than 6 climbers; however, payment is required for a minimum of 6)

You are responsible for supervising the children in your group at all times. Where required, you’ll also need to assist with belaying.

As a general guide, for children under 12 we recommend one adult for every three children to ensure safe supervision and belaying.

If you don’t have enough adults to cover this, please consider adding extra hosts to your booking.

Our gym has an active climbing community. For everyone’s safety, please help ensure your group follows our gym rules, including no running, and shows respect to other climbers in the space.

Supervision & Age Requirements

All children must be under direct and active adult supervision at all times while in the gym.

Aged 12–15 - remain close by and clearly within sight of their supervising adult.
Under 12 - remain within arm’s reach from their supervising adult at all times.

Area Access

Aged 12–15 - have access to the top rope area + bouldering if booked with a host. 
Under 12 - have access to the top rope area only.

Our Hosts

Our hosts are experienced Adrenaline Vault staff who help make your event smooth, safe and fun. They’ll assist with supervision, manage group flow, help with belaying where required, and keep everyone engaged on the wall. To book a host, it is an additional $100 per host.

All climbers attending the birthday party are required to have a completed our Adrenaline Vault waiver prior to arrival. This helps us get everyone climbing safely and without delays on the day.

The waiver link is also included on the birthday invitations as a QR code, making it quick and easy for parents to scan and complete.

If waivers are not completed beforehand, this may delay the start of your session.

A $150 deposit is required to secure your birthday party booking.

If you need to change the date or time of your party, we will always do our best to accommodate the request, subject to availability. In this case, your deposit will be transferred to the new booking date.

If the booking is cancelled entirely, the deposit is non-refundable.

Changes to the number of climbers are welcome; however, minimum payment requirements still apply.

Total remaining payments will be completed on the day.
