  • Welcome to Adrenaline Vault Group Bookings!

    We’re excited to have you booking your group with us — whether it’s scouts, corporate teams, or just your community coming for some climbing fun! This form helps us gather all the important details to tailor your visit perfectly.

    Please note: submitting this form does not confirm your booking. To secure your spot, a deposit will be required. Once you’ve submitted your details, one of our friendly staff members will get in touch within 2 business days to confirm your booking and organise the deposit.

    A minimum of 2 weeks notice is required for all group bookings. If your booking is urgent and within less than two weeks, please give us a call directly.

    Adrenaline Vault Belmont
    Minors under 12 years old can only access the top rope area. For the safety of our members and the kids, bouldering is off limits.

    Minors 12 years old and above have access to the top rope area. They may gain access to the bouldering area by additionally booking a host.

    Adrenaline Vault Cockburn
    Children under 12 years old will require a host for the event.

  • Adults are required to supervise the children at all times. Where relevant, you are also required to assist in belaying the children.

    As a guide, for children under 12 years old, we recommend 1 adult per 3 or 4 children for belaying and supervision. If you do not have enough adults to supervise and/or belay, consider adding hosts to help.

    Our experienced hosts are an additional $100 on your booking.
