1. Adopter/ Foster commits to administering preventatives - including heartworm, flea, and tick and ensures dog receives all age-appropriate vaccinations.
2. Adopter agrees to spay/neuter when age-appropriate. Proof of procedure must be emailed to rescue.
3. Adopter/ Foster recognizes the rescue endeavors to ensure dogs are healthy prior to transport, but underlying illnesses may be present or contracted during transport. The Adopter/Foster accepts this risk. This includes accepting risk of communicable diseases. The rescue bears no financial responsibility for this circumstance.
4. Adopter/ Foster accepts responsibility to appropriately integrate new dog into home. This includes slow introductions to resident pets.
5. Adopter/Foster commits to providing a 30 day notice for requests for new placement of the dog. While rescue will make every efforts to find new placement, it cannot be guaranteed.
