INSTRUCTOR TRAVEL FEES are required for trainings with less than 4 attendees, depending on training location. This may include flight, hotel, and/or mileage, unless your practice is within driving distance of an instructor. We have local instructors in the following metropolitan areas:

If you are within 1 hour driving distance of one of these cities, then the travel fees will be minimal mileage (at a rate of 58.6 cents per mile there and back). If you are further than 1 hour driving distance of an instructor, mileage + 1 night of hotel, and/or round trip flight fees may apply. A final quote of travel fees will be provided prior to registration.
