MERCHANDISE AND PRODUCT VENDOR REGISTRATION Saturday July 19th, 2025 3PM TO 11PM 3rd Annual AFRO-LATINO CULTURE FEST

VENUE: LA PLAZA DE CULTURA Y ARTES LOCATED: 501 N MAIN STREET, LOS ANGELES, CA 90012 PAPERWORK REQUIREMENTS: You will NEED a CURRENT Sellers Permit or Temp Sellers Permit (Email copy to info@afrolatinoeducation.org by July 1st) We are also requiring a $100 Merchandise/Product Vendor fee to cover operational cost WE WILL EMAIL ALL VENDORS WE APPROVE FOR NEXT STEPS. VENDOR FEE PAYMENT TOTALING $100 DUE BY JUNE 1st, 2025. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS
PRESENTATION AND SETUP NOTE: All vendors must have their own table cloth for the tables, organized and professional presentation. (You will not be allowed to vend if you don't have a table cloth and/or a professional and organized presentation) 10x10 Canopy tents are allowed and highly recommended (shade is limited). *2 chairs and 1-6ft table will be provided (*We can rent a canopy tent on your behalf for $150 due by June 1st no exceptions) Will you have your own 10x10 canopy tent or will you need to rent one from us?
