This fully virtual learning experience will walk you through a process of looking inward, exploring outward emotions and reactions to difference, and taking action toward a globally competent classroom. Each week, you should plan to complete 4 online learning modules BEFORE your live discussions with peers on Zoom so you are fully prepared for those discussions. The Global Up Educator Program will take place over a 5-week period and will include both asynchronous online learning modules and synchronous dialogue sessions on Zoom. Please read below and acknowledge that you understand the commitment that you are making as a participant with the Global Up Educator Program.
I agree to complete my 4 asynchronous learning modules prior to each live dialogue session. (Each module is ~15-35 minutes long.)
I agree to contribute respectful and substantive comments and reflections to the online forums, and complete all activities, quizzes and learning asked of me in the asynchronous learning modules.
