Rules & Info
*If you are in direct sales, please remember this is first come-first serve registration. If someone else has signed up for your company you will receive a refund.
*Regular Vendor Spaces are 12ft by 12ft
*You will be responsbile for your tent, tables etc.
*YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO BRING YOU OWN ELECTRICAL CORDS, SURGE PROTECTORS, WATER HOSE SPLITTERS AND WATER HOSE
*Reasonable precautions should be taken to ensure the safety of you and your property. It is recommended that you provide your own general liability insurance, as The Cove Group's insurance does NOT extend coverage for exhibit damage or bodily injury.
· Weights are required to hold down tents – no stakes
· No parking is allowed in the event area
· SET-UP AND TAKE DOWN: Set up will begin at noon. No set up is permitted during event hours. Take Down must be completed by 8pm.
· CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: The Cove Group reserves the right to cancel event due to inclement weather.
· There will be no rain date, refunds will not be issued. Deferment will be offered.
