  • SpringFest Vendor Information – Downtown Walnut Cove

    SpringFest will take place on the street in Downtown Walnut Cove.

    🚧 Street Closure:
    Main Street will close at 8:00 AM.

    🛠 Vendor Setup:
    Vendor setup will begin at 8:00 AM once the street is closed.

    📍 Vendor Locations:
    You will receive your assigned vendor location no later than Friday evening before the event.

    📧 Application Confirmation:
    You will receive a confirmation email immediately after submitting your application.

    If you do not see the confirmation email, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders.

  • Do you need electricity? Please remember if you request electricity - we only have 110. If you request water or electricity you will not be in the middle of the street you will be placed on the side. PLEASE PLAN ON BRINGING EXTREMELY LONG CORDS AND SURGE PROTECTORS*

  • Rules & Info

    *If you are in direct sales, please remember this is first come-first serve registration.  If someone else has signed up for your company you will receive a refund.

    *Regular Vendor Spaces are 12ft by 12ft

     *You will be responsbile for your tent, tables etc.

     *YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO BRING YOU OWN ELECTRICAL CORDS, SURGE PROTECTORS, WATER HOSE SPLITTERS AND WATER HOSE  

     *Reasonable precautions should be taken to ensure the safety of you and your property. It is recommended that you provide your own general liability insurance, as The Cove Group's insurance does NOT extend coverage for exhibit damage or bodily injury. 

     · Weights are required to hold down tents – no stakes

     · No parking is allowed in the event area 

     · SET-UP AND TAKE DOWN: Set up will begin at 8am.  No set up is permitted during event hours. Take Down must be completed by 3pm.
