AMG Photography Session Contract

Thank you for choosing AMG Photography! My name is Ann Marie Grocholski and I will do my best to provide a photography session that captures the unique beauty of you and your loved ones! The following form provides me with information to help our session go as smoothly as possible! It also allows you to share with me a little about yourself and your vision for your photographs. Please fill out as thorougly as possible. You can also send me an email or give me a call if you have any questions. Once you have agreed upon a date with me, you will receive a contract and invoice via email to reserve your date.

Steps to Booking Your Session:

1) Fill out This Form.

2) Speak with Ann Marie to confirm your date and All-Inclusive Collection Choice.

3) Pay an Electronic Invoice for your $200 non-refundable booking fee and sign Electronic Contract Immediately to secure your date.

Failure to pay and sign your contract within 2 business days will result in losing your date and you will have to reschedule.

4) Remaining balance of your Collection Purchase is due within 2 days of receiving your on-line gallery.

YOUR IMAGES. I strive to create images for you that are of the highest artistic and technical quality. Because they represent my work, they are extremely valuable in supporting my business. Unless specified by you, AMG Photography reserves the right to publish images for professional purposes: via social media, on her secure professional website, or within a blog post. I also provide clients previews of their images via social media platforms that they use (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) so that they can get excited about their images and share them with others.
